Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn shoes back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
